Nick started cooking at age 5 and began working in a commercial kitchen at age 14. After working under a chef for 3 years, he opened Acclaimed Catering at age 20. Nick has owned, operated, and grown Acclaimed Catering every year since the catering company opened in 2006.

Denise brings over 25 years of restaurant ownership, management, and culinary experience. Through the use of top quality ingredients and techniques that have been passed down through generations, Denise has earned the reputation for some of the area's best meals and desserts.
